Purchasing and Collecting a Vehicle.
The collections procedure is subject to the completion of the pre-delivery inspection and any repairs that may arise from it. A confirmation call will be made as soon as the vehicle is ready for collection. If there's likely to be a delay you will be contacted as soon as possible. Please allow one hour to collect your car.
Valid UK / EU Driving Licence including photo section OR Valid Passport AND proof of present address dated within the past 3 months are required for identification on every collection. (Bank Statement, Council Tax or Utility bills, excluding mobile phone).
We charge an administration fee to cover essential documentation and administration costs related. To ensure we can offer all our customers the best value we have tailored our administration fee to our customers’ individual circumstances. This fee is a compulsory fee and applies to all our cars depending on your below circumstances:
Retail customer Admin Fee £99
Returning retail customer purchasing within a 30-day period Admin Fee £0 *limited to one additional purchase per year.
Retail Customers using a finance broker outside our official panel of lenders Fee £99
Your statutory rights are not affected.
The undersigned acknowledges that;
The purchase comes with a 3-month warranty for the engine, gearbox and clutch.
The £99.0 administration fee is non-refundable.
The above-mentioned vehicle does not have any mechanical faults at the time of sale, according to the Sale of goods act 2015, and is stipulated to be roadworthy. The buyer is satisfied with these conditions and is aware that in case of any breakdown, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the vehicle back to Vorase Motors.
Cars have a test drive limit of up to 100 miles. In the event that the customer has a valid reason to return the vehicle under their consumer rights, Vorase Motors reserves the right to charge £1.50 per mile for each mile driven over the test drive limit, in addition to any estimated costs for repairs required due to any damage to the vehicle (including interior, exterior, mechanical etc.) that was caused whilst in customers possession.
In case the logbook has been transferred, the cost of reverting ownership from an additional keeper will be borne by the customer.
In the event of a cancellation of booked vehicles, Vorase Motors reserves the right to deduct a reasonable sum of money for the reservation of the vehicle and prepare it to bring it to the customer’s required condition.
The cancellation fee for a finance vehicle is 399.00
Consumer statutory rights are protected.
Please note that in case of any cancellation, a refund should be processed within 14 working days of cancellation.
Use of Your Information.
If you make an application, your details will be held on a computer and used in a credit scoring or other automated decision-making process when assessing your application. Vorase Motors work with a number of Credit Providers who provide vehicle finance. We will pass your application to more than one Credit Provider (if it is not initially accepted) in order to give you the best chance of securing finance. This may result in multiple credit searches. If you provide false or inaccurate information we will record this. We and other organisations may then use and search these records to check your identity, to prevent fraud and money laundering. You can ask for details about the Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies from whom and with whom we share this information. Please call us on 03301330153. You have a legal right to these records.
For the purposes of this application, you may be treated as financially linked and your application will be assessed with reference to any "associated" records.
If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us of some other financial association with another person, you must be sure that you are entitled to:
* disclose information about your joint applicant and anyone referred to by you.
* authorise us to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone referred to by you.
An "association" between joint applicants, and between you and anyone you tell us is your financial partner, will be created at credit reference agencies. This will link your financial records, each of which will be taken into account in all future applications by either or both of you. This will continue until one of you successfully files a disassociation at credit reference agencies.
You authorise us to make all enquiries necessary to verify this information to enable us to consider this application. If you apply for insurance your information will be passed to the administrators and the insurers for underwriting, processing claims handling and fraud prevention.
Your personal data which may include sensitive information such as medical details, will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third parties except where permitted by law or where you have given your consent, however, it may be shared with selected third parties and the Insurers (and their administrators) who may also use it for marketing, research, statistical analysis and administration purposes.
